Important information

The website explains the pathway; it does not replace individual assessment.

General information

Website content explains Embark’s services and approach. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or NDIS advice for a particular person. Professional decisions are made only after sufficient information, a suitability review and a clear agreement about service scope.

Emergency and crisis

Embark is not a crisis or emergency service. Forms and email are not monitored for immediate risk. Call 000 for a life-threatening emergency. For immediate mental health support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14; for health advice, call Healthdirect on 1800 022 222.

Service outcomes

No screening, consultation, assessment, report or follow-up can guarantee a particular diagnosis, NDIS funding, school acceptance, a favourable decision by a doctor or agency, or a particular treatment outcome. Outcomes depend on the available information, professional criteria and independent third-party decisions.

Location and delivery

Remote consultation may be provided Australia-wide. In-person assessment is confirmed only after screening, taking account of location, clinical need, team availability and applicable professional requirements. The website does not promise remote assessment or physical availability in every city.

Professional roles

Arman Naeini is a Registered Psychologist and Embark’s Practice Leader and does not claim an unheld area-of-practice endorsement. Provisional Psychologists may collect assessment information under appropriate oversight, while the responsible Registered Psychologist reaches or endorses conclusions and signs the final report.
